Upcoming Projects
We became a social enterprise in 2022, with some exciting projects in mind, launching in mid to late 2023. Our mission is to provide opportunities to young girls and women in Washington and beyond, helping remove barriers to exercise, and helping them find something they love, as well as a place to belong.
Bar Belles

Osteoporosis risk increases in a big way following menopause, strength training is especially vital to help build bone, and keep us strong. Strength training exercises will help to build bone and muscle strength, burn body fat, and increase metabolism
Bar Belles is a project, that serves 3 purposes:
1 - Introduces women of peri menopause/menopause age to strength training, educates them on the benefits and impact it will have on their physical and mental health.
2 - Removes barriers to exercise for women
3 - Encourages friendships
We focus on working with women aged 44-55 who are peri menopausal or menopausal.
Wild Women
Wild Women is a project which encourages women to step outside their comfort zone, and try new ways of being active. From wild swimming to hiking, golf to kayaking.

This monthly group will explore activities around the North East, and learn about what opportunities are on the door step.

Wild Women is encouraging women to find themselves, and forge new friendships in a safe and friendly environment.

Washington Power Walk
After a series of worrying sexual assaults in the North East, there's a worry in women about walking alone, like they have done before without worry.

Washington Power Walk is a weekly walking session which starts at different local landmarks, for 5k, allowing women to walk together, feeling safe.
